a little taste of sunshine

after being completely fed up with the SLC weather..

we retreated to the beautiful St. George for the weekend

thanks to the wonderful crofts family we had a nice place to stay

and we enjoyed the 70 degree weather

and climbing all weekend long.

it was a much needed sunny vacation.

on another note..

i went on my first summer run this morning..

a whoppin 3 miles.

i am weak

at least summer is on its way!
