To clue you in.
Part of Dave's time here is spent teaching.
He teaches two 'advanced beginner' spanish classes.
Last week,
he promised them cookies.
So being the 'awesome' wife that I am...
I am spending the day making cookies :)
Thus,
I thought I would share with you my all time fave recipe.
Seriously, they are divine.
Here ya go:
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
4 & one half cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups butter, softened
1 & one half cups brown sugar
one half cup white sugar
2 packages instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups chocolate chips
I usually half the recipe unless I need a lot.
like today.
Directions:
Sift together flour and baking soda
In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
add pudding, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake @ 350 degrees
10-12 minutes
AMAZING.
(they are Dave's favorite,
*sorry I don't have the source of the recipe.
I discovered it somewhere online
along time ago.
