I haven't done my regular friday post for a while now.
I love focusing on the little things in life,
they really do make life worth living.
so for this week, here are some of the little things I enjoyed...
-the moment my plane landed on monday morning in the most beautiful salt lake city... I looked out the window and saw the most amazing mountains.
-having my niece and nephews remember me and enjoying making them giggle.
-meeting everyone at my new job, details to come.
-going to the temple with three of my bestest friends and enjoying lunch afterwards... much neede girl time!
-paying $100 at a toll road... I didnt really enjoy this. Also details to come.
-spending all night chatting with one of my favorite ladies.
-going to lunch with my sisters, mother and grandmother.
-realizing we live in 2012 and deciding to get smart phones with data... details to come as well.
-coming home to delicious homemade candies from my amazing mother
all of these were fabulous... but I think this one takes the cake:
-seeing my dad for the first time in 4 months, running into his arms and getting that long awaited hug... yes it was the kind where he picks you up and twirls you too.
I am so grateful to be home.

Tears my friend!! I did not grow up with a daddy, but my babies are growing up with a fabulous one. My wonderful husband loves them like you describe your daddy loving you. It makes me so happy to hear grown women tell stories of their dads. Enjoy my friend!! Have a beautiful Christmas. Praise Jesus for His love. :)
