Enjoy the little things {6}

-This week started off with an awful cold and it is still lingering with me.
Makes me so much more grateful for {mostly} being healthy and not getting sick.

-Taking first place in my climbing competition
and dressing up as Where's Waldo and Where's Walda.

-Guest posting Here all about Mormons, so fun to share what I believe!

-Winning more giveaways! Seriously, I am extra lucky lately
This week's winnings:
$25 Gap gift card, Ad space here for November, and here for Nov. & Dec.
and a $15 Barnes & Noble gift card.

-Filled out my mail-in ballot for the Presidential Election.
This is a great article. More about why I am voting for ROMNEY next week!

-Making Dave take photos of me for my Firmoo Review. He is the best husband.
Does anyone else feel silly when they do outfit photos??

-Enjoying a fabulous day off work on Monday and getting my craft on.
Be ready for a DIY post.

-Dave doing the dishes after dinner... when the sink is way gross because I didn't do them yesterday.

-It is November--- I get to see my family NEXT month!! Wahoooo!

-Receiving adorable picture texts of my cute niece and nephews in their costumes.
Tinkerbell & Peter pan, & a baby dragon.
Adorable.

-Isn't it the best when the husband decides we need to go out to eat during the middle of the week??
We went to our favorite local authentic place and the salsa was super spicy that night!

-Skyping with my baby nephew and listening to him giggle.
A child's giggle is the best sound ever, I could listen to it all day long!

-Guest posting here today all about being a graduate school wife :)

What little things did you enjoy this week??
Happy Friday!

  1. Yes, it is the best when the hubby decides we need to go out to eat! No cooking and most importantly no dishes is a big win in my book! Sounds like a good week!

  10. Isn't winning giveaways the best! I had a pretty good streak about a month ago and won a lot of quilting fabric.

  12. Hi Sarah,

I found your blog through Find + Follow Friday! It's so cute and fun :) I'm now following on GFC and will definitely be back to read more :)

I just started my own blog about a week ago (so excited! I also can't wait for my proper design to be finished soon, whoever did yours did a great job!)
